A-Plan is a broker with companies below. We thought the subsiduary we worked with covered our need but were told we must work with a separate subsiduary. The service of the subsiduary was good but dealing with A-Plan is weakened by having someone new at each renewal meaning things are often repeated or new demands introduced.

I was sceptical about going through a broker but so glad I did. 3 years down the road I had cause to complain NOT about A-plan but another. I spoke with James Haynes of the Birmingham office who was very professional and understanding of my situation and subsequently in a very short time had the company give me a full refund of £250. A-plan have always been “on the ball” and connective with me as a customer. Every single person I have spoken to in the birmibgham branch has been courteous and professional. There’s also the added bonus that straight away the phone is answered by a real person. Thank you to each of you and a very grateful thanks to James. Keep up the good work
