I've been blown away by the service I've received from Branch Manager, Ricky Sehmi. Dealing with a bereavement case he is kind and supportive first before actioning policy changes. I find Ricky goes above and beyond to get the right support in place, promptly, while also highlighting important details that need consideration. Good customer care is expected but to receive such a high level of empathy and commitment to making a difficult set of circumstances easier is out of the ordinary. Thanks Ricky.

Initially it seemed as though I would have to take out an alternative insurance for my car as A-Plan were not able to match/improve on the quote I had found, however, I was found a cheaper quote and I have renewed with them again. They always seem to come up trumps for me. Well done. Very helpful.

A reminder phone call this morning from A-Plan lead me to renew my contents insurance and my van insurance. The very polite lady put me through to Jon Fletcher - Worcester. He took me through the process, explaining which policy would be best for me. Even managed to 'crunch the numbers' to give a very competitive deal on both contents and van insurance. Highly recommend.

Recently took out vehicle insurance for my converted day van with A-plan thatcham schemes.

Staff always polite and helpful. A-Plan do all the work of shopping around, saving me a lot of time and effort. On-line access to all documentation is very useful.

Very friendly - they will find you a good deal.
The only negative I have is - your contacted - phoned, text - voice mails - a little bit too much sometimes when your insurance is coming to an end. Fair enough some people might want to shop around - and want to be contacted early.
Shows they are on the ball etc. but once contact is made leave it a week - 2 weeks don't KEEP contacting someone with the same message !
I was going into hospital one time & didn't phone back but kept being contacted !
Other than that a very good service for my car and house insurance.

Just renewed my house insurance outstanding and excellent professional help from Sally-Ann based in Bath, it was a education talking to her about my policy and I understood more about my homes insurance and why I have been with A-Plan since 2008 and why I will stay with you, really excellent service in a world where this is getting harder to find. I will keep coming back. Outstanding customer service clear and helpful in a minefield of insurance I now feel empowered and have peace of mind for our beautiful home is in good hands and with the correct policy for us.

I spoke to Matthew who was extremely helpful and professional.
He went through the quote carefully and patiently.
Unfortunately the quote was more expensive than one I had obtained online.
If it been a small difference I would have been more than happy to pay for the fantastic service.
Would much prefer to deal with a real person than online.
Although on this occasion I did not proceed I would highly recommend A Plan and their consistently helpful, honest staff.

I have dealt with Charlotte Mullinger and Damon Stettner on separate house insurance policies. Frankly the most professional insurance folk I have ever dealt with.
