I have been with A Plan for some years for car insurance. I have always found the staff very helpful and polite, and don't talk jargon. Recently I took out house insurance with A plan, the cost was extremely competitive and Sophie , who dealt with it was lovely and explained everything simply. I would recommend A Plan to anyone. They are very helpful and professional.

The insurance was for 2 holiday homes . I had a few issues trying to obtain this after a few phone calls made by A plan they were able to sort this for me . The staff were very helpful and polite I will definitely use them again.
