I joined A-Plan several years ago as I was fed up with spending fruitless hours looking for the best deals, keeping in mind that cheapest isn't necessarily the best! A-Plan do it for me and consistently find me good products for all my non-life insurances.

The agent that dealt with my query was called Shuber Muhith in the Tooting office, I can honestly say that his customer service is a credit to the company as he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I have been with A - plan for many years and I would not think of moving to another company. If all your agents respond to their customers like Mr Muhith then I can only see success for A_plan.
