The agents ring in good time to allow customers to make decisions well in advance of renewal date and will always inform of policy and payment options. As it was a renewal the agents had already obtained a renewal quote and searched their panel to obtain the best (not always the cheapest) quote. Professional courteous service.

I recently contacted the Bournemouth town centre A-plan office to get a quote for buildings insurance. Graham deal with my enquiry and took me through the quote process. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable and managed to save me a good amount of money in comparison with other competitors! I would definitely be happy to use A-plan again for my future insurance needs.

Previous insurer closed down and transferred documents to A plan, as a recommended provider. Easy to set up over the phone although premium increased by £50 over previous supplier/year. Will evaluate first experience with A plan, during next 12 months.

I have found Aplan quite competitive and have taken out my home and contents insurance again this year. It’s was disappointing that they let me down with my car insurance which I have had with them for a number of years, but unfortunately this time I have had to go elsewhere, otherwise I would have give them five stars, maybe next year they might come up with a better deal.
