Spoke with Taylor (in the Tooting office) to renew van insurance. She was very clear in explaining the policy and terms and conditions before I agreed to renew.
Taylor was efficient in respects to uploading my documents onto the A-Plan online portal and forwarding details of BACS payment. She was a pleasure to speak to.

I have used A Plan in Swindon twice this year and on both occasions the service I have received has been first class. The first time was for home insurance and the second time was for car insurance. Both times I spoke to Ben Lever. Ben assessed my requirements and provided me with improved levels of cover at a lower price, a truly professional service. I have used A Plan for a few years now and I always find them efficient, swift and serve my needs well. I recently had to upgrade my insurance for a new more expensive vehicle and this was dealt with well but I was a bit surprised I had to chase up A Plan to cancel my prveious insurnace direct debit and once I received the new payment plan from Close Brothers this was £351 more than I was quoted by the representive at A Plan as Close Brothers had added a projected interest premium, which had not been explained to me. This came as a surprise and I think such costs should be pointed out upfront over the phone before going ahead, I will be speaking with the branch manager at Weybridge about this but apart from this, all good

They are so friendly and very helpful, they work hard to get the right quotes for you, i have my home insurance as well. It's ok buying online but nothing beats taking to someone face to face,I've have been with A-Plan just 4 years i have no negative words to say but only positive.
