I prefer to deal with Mike Crowne as he is very helpful.He helps me to obtain the best results for my insurance’s.
Although I like to deal with Mike I have found the staff at the Alton branch to be polite and courteous.

The people at A plan are genuine, courteous and friendly. They bend over backwards to ensure you have the right cover for your personal needs and to offer that cover at the best price possible. Since being with A plan I have moved most of my insurance policies to them and always recommend friends and family to try them out for a quote whatever they need to insure.

I first contacted A-Plan a couple of years ago but then didn't make the planned trip. I got in touch with the company again recently, dealing with Michael Foord at the Oxford branch. As with my previous contact, I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and clarity of the explanations Michael provided, plus the fact that he didn’t use a hard-sell approach. I had to amend my policy twice at very short notice, and Michael handled the process quickly and smoothly. I was very grateful to have a person deal with the amendment process, which occurred at a stressful time, rather than having to do it myself. This experience convinced me of the value of using a broker rather than buying insurance through a website.

Sadly he was only able to get a competitive price for one vehicle instead of the two. Would love our insurances to be with A.Plan as you are very efficient, helpful and reliable but of course the prices need to be right. Hopefully one day.
