When renewal date looms I get a barrage of phone calls to remind me, once or twice would suffice.
Then it's the rigmarole of getting the price in the same range of comparison sites. I have to relay all of the information again! I appreciate that staff have to explain everything that the insurance provides, but it does go on a bit.
The staff are helpful but if the stopped wittering on the whole experience would be quick and easy. They are however helpful!

The policy cover was reviewed with me. The only minus was whilst I received an initial reminder (about 30 days before renewal) there was no follow up reminder closer to the renewal date.

They phone me with the renewal details, discuss with me if it still meets my needs and the benefits of the policy, and whether they have a cheaper one available. I can renew then or leave it and shop about for cheaper, they don't pressure me. They do all the work well and I normally renew.

Just renewed our Beach Buggy policy with A-Plan. Spoke to Paul. As ever with A-Plan, helpful, informative, explained details and their meaning, and offered an excellent price. Can't fault them, and thanks, Paul, you were excellent. If you renew, I guess that's a clear sign you're happy with them.

I find the staff very helpful indeed and they have given me good advice regarding several policies I hold through them. They give me early warning when the expiry day is approaching and if on occasions I wish to see if I can get a better price there is no pressure on me to accept their offer. So far in these circumstancesI have remained with their recommendations.
