When arranging a renewal of insurance for my vehicle, the assistant on the phone was very helpful in arranging the insurance to suit my needs. I was very pleased by the way this was carried out on the phone and I was given a call the day before the policy was due to start to ensure everything was as required and to arrange the payment. Very satisfied indeed.

A-Plan is one of the few companies where you can speak to someone direct, the call is always answered promptly. The price you are given doesn, t change as you get near to the renewal date, if you should need to make a claim you get a dedicated handler, no waiting and getting someone who knows nothing about it each time you make contact.
All my insurances are with A-plan now, wouldn, t go anywhere else, staff are fantastic, nothing is a problem to them, highly recommend.

I've been with A-plan for a number of years, it didn't feel like they were bothered if I stayed or if I left. A number of the renewal quotes were not what I wanted and hugely increased on the previous years premium and I just got a bit of a "so what" attitude from some of the people I spoke to. Basically "it is what it is" take it or leave we are not too bothered.
