Unfortunately I was side swiped by a lorry on the M6 and therefore had to contact A Plan to report a claim. This happened in November 2022, and has only just been collected by the repairer. Although I must stress that this was not the fault of A Plan, who at all stages of the process have kept me fully informed of the progress., At an early stage Claire Webb an employee of A Plan has been brilliant, she has hassled the insurance company and repairers in an effort to speed up the process and has kept me informed at all stages being efficient and helpful. Even now that the car has been collected she is continuing to contact me the check on the progress. I ave been with A Plan for many years and the staff are always helpful and efficient but I cannot stress how much I am impressed with the tenacity of Claire on handling this claim.

Car insurance up for renewal, Zurich no longer doing car insurance directly, went to Guildford branch of A-Plan, staff absolutely fantastic, forms completed by them and alternatives offered, customer service excellent, left with insurance documents in an envelope all sorted, so much better than online, cannot beat dealing with a real person, I would highly recommend A-Plan Guildford, will definitely be renewing there next year. 😀

Having dealt with A Plan for a few years on car policies, house policies and with Learner and New Drivers I have always found their advice and policy recommendations very good.
They search the market, explain their recommendations and it is a much more pleasant experience than typing away on internet search pages. Highly recommend them, my intial experience was because of coming out of fleet car insurance and finding my No Claims did not read across to private insurance.
