Fantastic customer service. Spoke to Abida on the customer service team regards a question on an existing policy. They were very helpful and answered the question, and although they couldn't help wit it there, gave me some good pointers on how and what to do next.
After this, I asked to speak to the renewals team who were all unavailable, so Abida took the request on and went through it with me and again, went above and beyond what I expected and again had some brilliant advice on how to get a possibly better quote.
In the end I couldnt finish the transaction as i didnt have my payment card on me in person, but this will be dealt with later in the day when i have the card.
Brilliant all round service and my hold time was kept to an absolute minimum as Abida could handle all of my questions without having to pass me round different operatives.

When a wall fell on our car, we called our insurance company, A-plan, who sorted the whole thing out quickly and efficiently. I visited A plan again in Chelmsford to get my recent policy ammended. Mark helped me this time. He was very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave me some really good advice. He went the extra mile to get my documents to me quickly as I needed them urgently. Another positive experience. I even got offered a coffee whilst I was in there !

These are the good guys. Genuine good quotes for good insurance with Broker back up if needed. Tip, if you get one cheaper elsewhere go back and tell them, sometimes they can juggle it a bit!
