I have been using A-plan Camberley privately and for the business for many years and they have always been extremely knowleadgeable and helpful. Insurances are a mine field and having someone who can advise you on what cover you need is a big help. In case of an accident, they will also deal with the whole thing and will do it properly. It is also a big plus for me to be able to speak to someone straight away and not have to go through a noisy call centre, you can chose to speak/deal with one person in particular or speak to anyone else and they will be able to help, my main contacts are Jason J and Kirsty C - and they are extremely efficient. The same with emails, you get an answer pretty quickly, even if like me you have 100's of questions they won't mind and patiently answer all of them! Definitely would recommend them.
