I received excellent service from A-Plan Insurance. I was able to purchase a car insurance policy immediately at a very fair price. Wonderful dealing with real people; and took far less time than searching online and waiting in endless telephone queues. No password required either! Highly recommended.

Good service when i visited the shop. I do get fraustrated that i was sent a quote, i then went on to a comparison site and got a quote a lot cheaper. When i visited the shop they were able to get very near the cheaper quote. I still want to deal face to face if i have a query so agreed to new quote. Just wish i had been sent this 2st time.

I have known this company in Hemel Hempstead for nearly 20yrs. They are amazing. I have got to know specific people in the office. In particular Maria Ormesher. They just arranged car insurance for £200 less than admiral. They are professional, friendly and very helpful. Top marks!!!
