I have used Aplan for some 11 years now.
In the event of a claim they are quick efficient and extremely helpful.
In this latest change of vehicle instance Marie was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done and chased for the best possible premium for me.

When i phoned A plan they handled my claim as well as they could but the other company who acted inbetween were very slow to do the work. I wonder if cover for gas electric etc. is a good thing when it took 4 nonths to sort out! it was only after a written complaint that A plan took very seriously that the matter was resolved in a fast efficient manor

Helped me with a variety of options so that I could choose the best one for me. Always feel that I’m getting a personal service and if I ever needed them, they just answer the phone, no call centres menus submenus etc. They deal with it all. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The service great advice excellent knowledgeable friendly staff…. Only let down the COST of insurance. £371 2022 this year £549 and that’s with no claims over the past year in fact 15 years NCB and I had to pay £178 more for the same cover. It was very very close I almost left making a decision to look elsewhere was very hard in fact I did look and the savings were marginal and you held on to my business for a 3rd year.

This year's House Insurance policy renewal with our existing insurers saw the premium more than double! After having a bad experience wit another insurance company. I knew it was important to talk to someone direct and not just a bot on a computer screen. I visited the local A-Plan branch in Malvern, and I have found they were brilliant to chat too. I spoke to their advisor Nick Armstrong, and he was so helpful and able to sort out the all details and talk to insurance companies direct. This made the whole process so much easier for me after a difficult situation with another company. I would highly recommend them, to anyone who needs independent advice. Thank You so much.
