My renewal premium was higher than I had expected coming in on the higher side of premiums in my searches. I spoke to my local branch and discussed the matter with an advisor who was very helpful and as a result the premium was reduced to a more acceptable level. I just feel that brokers offer the best opportunity to obtain the best deal. My experience of A Plan over the years makes me feel confident that they look after my best interests. The service is professional and speedy and availability of agents is good. If they say they are going to return a call, they do and inter reaction between colleagues seems to be efficient.
