I needed to arrange travel insurance with a complicated medical history. Luke Edwards dealt with my enquiry very efficiently, he was knowledgeable about which insurers would make screening easier, was very reassuring and didn’t pressure me in any way to take the policy. Would definitely use Howden again in the future.

The conversation I had with your representative went OK on the whole.
However there are two issues of concern?
1. The representative mentioned European Travel and as I have no immediate plans to drive abroad? I mentioned I would contact Howden for temporary cover - however I note that is fully covered. Would it been cheaper without if only driving in the UK?
2. Card details where requested by the representative, in which I was happy to supply, however I wanted the transaction to take place on September 2nd. Your representative wanted to take payment immediately, and so was processed.

My experience of Howden's Farnborough office over many years has been consistently very good. Customer service is excellent. You know that you can call and always be able to talk to somebody on the phone. All of the insurance consultants are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, and James, who I most recently spoke to to renew both my car and home insurance, was no exception. On the occasions when I have needed to make a claim I have also received a high level of service. Thank you Howdens.
