Taylor was extremely helpful and patient. We were ensuring a company vehicle as a pool car so the process was a bit more complex and meant that Taylor had to speak with an number of colleagues who were being insured on the vehicle.

I could understand the persistence of those seeking business, but the first quotation I was given was in excess of reasonable market expectations by 50%. It is apparent that the company would benefit from a wider range of insurers from which to recommend suitable products. I hope this can be fixed in due course.
