Going via A-Plan means you can ask questions and get help on understanding the specific details in the policy. The Agents are all really good at explaining the terms and conditions and offering possible additions to the policy we had not considered.

Spoke to different agents and they were all polite. I was a bit disappointed that the cost had increased by so much but each agent apologised but could not reduce. They explained cost of car claims had increased and cost more.

How refreshing!!! Called A-Plan today after being recommended from VanLife UK group on Facebook. Spoke to a wonderful lady called Amina who was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
