The people I spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Renewing the policy was undertaken over the phone in a perfect way. It is always good when, after a minute or so, there is mutual understanding and you talk as equals enabling a pleasant and meaningful conversation leading to a satisfactory outcome.

Insurance is only an “insurance” if the risk is adequately identified and covered. I have used A Plan as my broker for many years.”MY BROKER” because they act for me to ensure that all is done to a professional standard to ensure I get the best outcome. Both in selecting the most reputable insurance companies. A Plan’s consolidated purchasing power helps legitimate claims. Be honest always and get the backing of APlan. I don’t like to waste a penny so I use A Plan - not the cheapest? Probably but the best value for money Broker I’ve ever found.
