I needed public liability insurance for a choir that I was setting up at the end of January 2023. Remembering the great service I had from my local A-Plan office, I gave them a ring. I was given the number for the Exeter branch as ours wasn't set up for commercial insurance at that time. I made contact with Christine who made everything so easy to understand. No questions were unanswered and I didn't feel any of my questions were silly. She fully understood that never having insured a choir before I wanted to make sure we would be well and truly covered. I would highly recommend Christine for her knowledge, service, attitude and friendliness. We can now get on with what we love to do, singing, knowing we're covered for any mishaps.

Searching for car insurance via the usual online services is ok.. However I got a far better service by actually talking to A-Plan. A friend of mine has been with them for some time, so I took the plunge. I'm glad I did too!!
A-Plans' agent Noah, talked me through all the options and my wants and needs, not just a policy as offered by a market place, but a real human being that sorted my car insurance and simplified the process as to what I required. And guess what ? The price for my cover was very favourable compared to just the online market place, and I had proper coverage explained.
So thank you A-Plan, my friend Mark, who's been with them for years, and to Noah for following through with a good tailored deal.

If you have a camper van - give these guys a call. I found their quote to be far cheaper than my previous renewal and their policy covered me for all of my camping equipment too. Very impressed 👍
