I love that at A-Plan a real person answers the phone when you call. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at A-Plan, I do however think some of their arrangement fees are high and I am beginning to have enough of the fact you can't do a bloody thing online or involving your e-mail address without getting a bloody survey, please stop sending them, I'm all surveyed out!

I've not had to have my own policy for over 14 years, leased vehicle, so was glad to receive an introductory no claims discount.
