Very helpful all though a little more expensive it's great to be able to actually talk & discuss what I wanted from my insurance. The young lady was very helpful & not pushey. Also if anything did happen its nice to be able to just make a call & speak to someone other than going through pushing different buttons & not being able to speak to a human

I recently called at the Solihull office of A Plan, to see if they could better the car insurance quote I had received. I saw Nicole Hickman, and she could not have been more attentive, helpful and knowledgable. In the event, they could not better the quote, but while dealing with me, Nicole noticed an error on my papers, and putting that right has resulted in a very large reduction in my quote. It's been a long time since I have had service like that, and I will return! I'm taking the chocolates to her tomorrow!
