She was polite and efficient yet also warm and friendly, making the experience very easy. I was contacted by A-Plan to offer me a quote for my car insurance renewal and lucky enough to speak to Niall Evans on the phone. He not only gave me a good quote and additional options but also explained what all the wording means as when looking at comparison sites online some wording wasnt clear. After Niall had clearly and patiently answered all my questions I made decision to renew my car insurance with A-Plan as this has given me complete faith and trust in their ability to assist in the event of requiring their services.

It still is preferable to me to actually talk to somebody when renewing any of the policies I have.

Great Company to use, particularly for obtaining specialist House Insurance which is simply not available "on line". Also now get car Insurance through A-Plan. Cheerful staff always on hand to help and advise. Usually use the same person at each renewal which is great. Used for 3 years now and more than happy.

I recently renewed our Home Insurance having received an earlier reminder. Great car was taken by Anna at the Worthing Branch for me to consider, and the business was completed by Charmaine Lester at a later date as Anna was not available at that time. Phone calls were made on time and everything was very thorough. This completed, I decided to transfer a three car multi-plan insurance which was also due and this was a complex task which Charmaine handled very efficiently, asking for some more details which I range back with. Nothing was too much trouble and the business was completed with all quotes sent in the post as requested and paid on the phone after perusal. I even made a financial saving too. Their assurance of personal assistance should there be any claims to resolve was an important factor in choosing A Plan for these two important insurance dealings,
