Rebecca Coombs did a wonderful job. She was patient, extremely pleasant on the phone, and very diligent. I was offered a very good insurance quote, which I accepted with alacrity. In my opinion, Ms Coombs is very much an asset to her employer.

I had my car unfortunately vandalised where someone smashed the windows on the car, had someone booked out then had got cancelled because I then got told in beginning my excess for windscreen does not cover for vandalism however as I went through terms and conditions there was nothing that states that. Luckily I got on the phone to a Mark Wheeler which I must say was a brilliant guy he understood where I was coming from and said leave it to him to get sorted and he sorted it within a day, I must say it did take a few people to speak to who didn’t understand but any issues I have will definitely keep in touch with mark as he also gave me his email so I can chase everything up.
