I have just taken out an insurance for my Volkswagen Kombi with Aplan. Although the premium was high I believe it is fair given today's economic situation. The point I wish to make is that Aplan in the form of James and Neil explained everything clearly, professionally and patiently which was most refreshing in this "online and impersonal world". I shall be placing further business with this firm where you still enjoy good old fashioned politeness and superior service. I cannot recommend Aplan highly enough.

The manager of the Taunton branch of A-Plan Insurannce (Mr.Andy Reid) took control of the situation following telephone contact from the ship.
This was a stressful event as you might imagine and I can honestly report nothing but the most the effective and considerate attention throughout. (accident 27 December 2023)
I am extremely grateful for his personal attention and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company to you.
