I had several abortive attempts to buy a house and each time Anouska was extremey helpful and positive.She returned calls promptly even when I ws in Japan! She investigated options to make sure I was getting the best possible insurance for my needs at a competitive price. The other members of the team I spoke to when she ws not available were equally helpful. A five star review is well deserved.

Being a company car driver, personal insurance can be a nightmare. The process was simple and agent ‘engaging’ and charming. Interested in the deal and who she was selling it to. Done on a mobile phone so the usual problems there with signal but A Plan called back. They did miss a couple of things that others offered, but we negotiated a fair price and got the extras added in.
