My experience is yet another class performance from A plan with respect to customer service, dialogue with the call operator, length of waiting etc. I'm always very happy when dealing with A plan, which is one of the reasons I am so reluctant to shop around, as I'm not sure that I would get the same level of service elsewhere. I’ve been with A Plan Insurance for years now. I like that they are relatively local to me. Occasionally I can find a better deal with another insurance company but I stick with APlan out of loyalty. My one criticism is that they start harassing me with phone calls a good 2 months before the policy needs renewing. In the past I’ve asked not to have so many phone calls but this has been ignored. I insure a day or two before the renewal date, I’d rather my money stays in my account as long as possible rather than theirs.

She is a star! My friend recommended APlan as I was getting stressed trying to find new car insurance on the comparison websites. I answered a few questions wrong and got myself into a right state. I called APlan and spoke to Debbie at Tooting. It was so nice to talk to someone who helped me through my application and answered my questions. She was friendly, patient and empathetic. I was delighted with the quote which was totally competitive to anything I had found online and I actually understood what I was buying. I can't praise her enough, thank you Debbie

Tayamika Mbawa was the person who dealt with my renewal. He reminded me of the upcoming renewal and as promised called me back to make sure I didn’t miss the renewal date. He was courteous, competent and efficient and actually made a process that I usually found tedious into a real pleasure . He is a a great asset to A-Plan !
