I renewed my car insurance today with what used to be Peter Taylor, the attitude was not as friendly as it used to be before A Plan took over, I have Two cars insured both Mini 1000s but two years difference, the premium for one car is £ 160.00 for the other car it is £118.09 ? The person on the other end of the Phone didn't know why and wasn't very interested either ! maybe time to look for another broker, couldn't recommend to my classic car club or friends anymore

I using the A plan Insurance for a while, but recently I visited the Shirley branch to make some changes to my insurance account, I meant to wait for the manager or someone who's in charge but a lady called Amina Akhtar took over my case and done an amazing job that I never thought it's going to be done that smoothly. She handled the job professionally and made me stay with they company for many years to come.
