We have just taken out a Home Insurance policy with A Plan . The process from start to finish was carried out in a helpful and efficient manner, thanks to Yasmin. After a thorough search we have saved more than 50% on our previous Home Insurance Company. We were impressed with the speed of the whole process, no waiting in endless phone queues. On entry was greeted well and passed to relevent staff member to renew house insurance. Treated extremely well and questions asked and all was explained to me as we progressed. I was made to feel relaxed and at ease. Afterwards a nice chat and all was complete. Really good easey experiance. Have been with A Plan for many years and plan to stay as they do look after us.
