Had a flood which destroyed all my flooring downstairs, got through to them quickly. The process was slow and not very good communication, I blamed A plan , not knowing they were only a broker and my problem was with the insurance company, spoke too A plan who explained all the process to me of how a claim works and if I don’t hear of them, A plan will chase them up, can’t fault them , excellent communication
