I have been using A-Plan Insurance for a number of years now. I have always been impressed with the service they have provided me. Every member staff I have spoken to have been polite, professional, courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and personable. I particularly would like to acknowledge Wesley and Ethan from Chelmsford branch. They have, since Nov'22 been helpful and supportive with both Cars I and my husband need insuring. My circumstances have changed radically recently which has been extremely challenging for lots of reasons. Despite this they both have assisted us to get the best, affordable cover for both vehicles. We are seriously considering looking into switching our home insurance, when it expires, to be through A-Plan Insurance. Also we will be looking to stop our RAC membership before it gets renewed for this year and take out breakdown cover you offer at £99 per vehicle. These products/changes have been highlighted and explained by both Wesley and Ethan but without any pressure to take the offers on unless we are agreed and able too.
This experience being so favourable doesn't happen (in my experience) often with Insurance company's or brookers. When you find a great service it's a joy to and a positive in a world that is very difficult and challenging. Thank you.

We dealt with Joel who quoted us for our two vehicles’ insurance. Everything was explained well and our questions answered. A very good company to deal with as they are extremely customer focused and genuinely want to get you a good deal. They do what they say they are going to do (phoning back, sending out details etc.) which is refreshing.

Its so annoying having to go through the questions which caan take a good 15mins when you already have the details in your system when renewing the policy. A simple question as have your details changed should be sufficient.

So wanted to insure my custom trike , believe it or not , it’s not the easiest vehicle to insure & you are limited to a very small specialist selection of insurers in the U.K. the young lady couldn’t give a quote straight away , but rung back the next day , fully comp , with agreed valuation, & half the cost off Bikesure’s so called competitive renewal quote , I couldn’t refuse , excellent service, nothings to much bother , will certainly be using them for my car insurance later in the year

As always the customer service from A Plan was excellent. I spoke to several advisors regarding my car insurance each of them were very helpful. I eventually spoke to Max who besides being very helpful was friendly and charming. Although buying insurance through A Plan can be slightly more expensive than online I find it is definitively worth it for the customer service and convenience.
