Will at A Plan sorted an improved car insurance for me. However the papers were supposed to be sent to me by post and email; they did not arrive and I had to contact my local office in Chelmsford to request the insurance information be sent to me. This they did on the same day by email. The postal copy never arrived.

Very efficient and achieved for me a very modest increase in the premium, significantly less than I would have paid if I stayed with the insurer of last year. Had a minor accident last year, where I admitted being at fault. Only not the full stars because they simply did what brokers are supposed to do in typical circumstances
