Fantastic experience. Talking to a real friendly person is so much nicer that trying to use a comparison website, especially if, like me, your insurance needs are a little more complex than the standard. I have been with A Plan for some years for car insurance. I have always found the staff very helpful and polite, and don't talk jargon. Recently I took out house insurance with A plan, the cost was extremely competitive and Sophie , who dealt with it was lovely and explained everything simply. I would recommend A Plan to anyone. They are very helpful and professional.
