Having used A-Plan for many years, you get to know who can trust. All my insurance needs (except medical) are looked after by A-Plan, mainly Abi & Claire. I appreciated that I am only one of their regular customers and as such anonymous to them, but when ever my insurances are up for renewal, they not only tell me, but also send me the whole proposal. As they are not in a position to advise on final choice, but I am informed that the proposal they have sent is the best for me on the market at the time. We live in a world of mis-trust, but sometimes you have to trust advisors experience, if they get it wrong - they are after all human.

Unbelievably great customer service from Joe Simmonds at the Eastleigh branch. This young man dealt with my case with amazing patience, kindness and expertise. He explained everything I needed to know and answered every question I had, faultlessly. What a truly pleasurable experience. He obtained an excellent insurance quote for me and made sure it all went through without a hitch. Excellent!

Been with A-Plan Thatcham several years now for specialised car insurance for my sports car (modified insurance). Each year A-Plan always provide competitive rates and a very high level of professionalism and service.
This year (March 2023) I dealt with William Stevens for my renewal and the addition of my wife's car to the policy. Very good rates considering the economic climate and following a thorough search with our insurance competitors. Steven was very professional, very detailed and the renewal process was very simple and smooth, thanks Steven!
