I’ve just bought a new electric vehicle. In fact, so new that the insurance companies didn’t have have a rating for this new model, so it wasn’t possible to get a quote. For a moment, it looked like I wouldn’t have insurance in time to collect my car, but in stepped Colin. My new experience to renew my car insurance was a breeze.... Having automatically renewed my car insurance... I was dreading the day to get a new insurance... Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally with the minimum of fuss. Everything was explained at every step. The only fly in the ointment was the fact I was told that when I called into to make my payment my paperwork would be ready to pickup. When I did call in to make my payment I was not given any paperwork or did I receive anything electronically. When I called in just a few days before my old policy expired I was told I didn't need a paper copy but how do I exchange details in the case of an accident if I don't have any details?
