Had a difficult policy to sort out as for a person our company support so rather than her being able to drive her car, it is driven by her support workers.
I chose this company initially a couple of years ago as they were hundreds below the price of another company recommended to me for this type of insurance.
They are really helpful when it comes to renewals and updates too.

Several years ago, I was very badly let down by an online insurance company who, after issuing a certificate and taking my payment, told me when I needed to call them several months later that they had no record of my details and that my car wasn't insured with them. I vowed never to insure online again, and walked in to A-Plan insurance's office in my home town. Their help at that worrying time was invaluable, and I have had no hesitation to use A-Plan (speaking to a polite expert over a desk!) ever since. Renewing my car insurance for this year was quick, easy, and good value.

I visited the office on Thursday 23rd March 2023. I renewed my Contents Insurance (I live in a flat so the overall insurance is dealt with by our Managing Agents. I saw the new Manager who was extremely helpful and courteous. The office is only down the road from me so it is very convenient.
