Great service from the A-Plan team as usual. The work was done over the phone and nothing was to much trouble to get done with a full explanation given prior to agreeing to the policy and paying the fees.

I am looked after. I trust them as I am able to speak to a person who answers my queries. If I have to use the Insurance for a claim, I know they will act for me. In the past they looked after a house burglary claim which was not straight forward. Thank you.

A plan phone me at the beginning of February telling me my insurance was due at end of February we went through the details as a recheck of there details had a chat about different things in general then about five days before it was due for renewal they rang me again just to see if things where OK an that I was happy with everything great service I thought friendly polite an helpful defoe recommend
