I had a wonderful customer service experience with Steven Kipling from the Cheltenham office. I have used A-Plan for my insurance since 2020 and needed to make updates to my plan. Steven was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with during my phone consultation. He made the changes I requested to my account and helped me with questions on adding my son as a new driver. He also provided me with helpful comparative information and quotes on adding a new car to my policy. I will definitely ask for Steven directly for all future updates on my policy. We recently had to arrange car insurance in a hurry as the sale of the car had not gone ahead. A quick call to A Plan and Simon arranged everything straight away so that we could drive the car back home. We then had to further extend the cover and Steve organised this very professionally. We have used A Plan in Cheltenham for both our car and home insurance and have always had excellent service. Everyone you speak to on the phone are always very friendly and extremely helpful.
