This is our first time using A-Plan so as far as claims and the like we can't really comment but what I can say is for the cover we have got for our Holiday Home the annual premium was very reasonable and the helpful staff who we have spoken to could not have been more polite and knowledgeable they answered all our concerns with in a professional manner...let's hope we Don't have to make a claim but from what we have seen so far we have no worries.

Really good experience with Collette at A Plan Insurance Solihull. She advised I could save money by getting separate building and contents policies, as my house is large and has lots of bathrooms, but my contents aren’t as valuable as you’d think for someone with a large house. As a result, I saved over £500. The process was very smooth and not as stressful as it usually is when I renew my insurance.

I have recently renewed my static caravan insurance with A-Plan. I dealt with Paresh who was very helpful and made sure that the policy covered my caravan on a new for old basis and included all my requirements. I also have my home contents and car insurance through A-Plan and have always found their staff to be helpful, polite and they always make sure that the policy covers my needs. I have recommended A-Plan to friends and will continue to do so.

I cannot recommend this company enough. After having a very stressful experience with another company. I spoke with lbida on Friday who reassured me on many levels. And today to Tamsin with a straight forward insurance quote which I’ve taken out.

I've always used A- plan for my insurance work, as has my sister, They are polite and always go through in detail with the customer their requirements. I much prefer the middle-man approach as in times past we have had issues with claims going the "Direct" route. We trust A-Plan with our car and house insurance and know where we stand with them.

Purchased a modified Ranger pick up truck and was getting ridiculous quotes.
I rang Aplan and spoke with Louise at the Shirley branch, she made the whole process seem easy, Louise had to check with her manager over the extent of the modifications and rang back within ten minutes with a price that was half that of other companies, so I took up the offer.

I now have my car insurance with A-Plan. They are the cheapest this year which is great. I spotted something in my proposal and I had clarification and reassurance right away. I had to renew my son's van insurance and as he had another conviction on his licence since last year I was fearing a very large increase. I got through to the Tooting office and a very helpful lady by the name of Taylor said that she was sure she could get a good quote and she would call me back. true to her word she called back within the hour and the quote was just £120.00 more than last year so I was really pleased. Thank you Taylor.
