Although cannot justify the premium doubling from previous year, APlan tried to find better quote. Personally felt there should be incentive for old loyal customers.

Lastast month in August, I renewed my car Insurance and breakdown cover over the phone with ‘A-plan insurance’ a howden company at the St Albans office.
During the conversation I found the adviser extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me regarding all the questions in the policy,
this very much helped me to digest everything and decide which parts of the policy to be included etc
Over all I found Robert Bolitho very courteous, helpful in handing my renewal and with a great temperament all the way through.
