A very pleasant experience. I called to change the insurance of my kit car over to them after insuring my lpg-converted Jeep with them for several years.
All the staff I have dealt with are petrol heads, used to dealing with modified vehicles. So if you want to talk about your large intercooler, for example with one of their ladies, go ahead as she'll understand.

Beth the last I spoke with was very polite and understanding as it was a call regarding insurance due in march. however I informed her I was not in the correct frame of mind as I had lost my husband and his funeral was soon. so details would have be changed etc. She passed on her condolences and are agreed to ring me at a later stage.

Great company to deal with. Nice face to face advice as I now have quite a bit of insurance with APlan they even remember my first name. Taylior was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very reassured should I ever need to make a claim I can happily leave it their hands to deal with.

It was a pleasure to locally have a branch of A-Plan to discuss my insurance needs and have someone listen and tailor a provider and policy to suit. It is a real positive to have someone aware of a customers needs and insurance companies abilities to meet those needs and bring the two together. The office was clean, very busy and had a buzz about it. Too much these days we lack the personal touch and it is reassuring to know they are close by and able to help. Brokers were the way things used to be done before online comparisons and long may they be more successful with the personal touch.
