I was happy to receive renewal notice punctually (via Thatcham office) with most of the required information but not all. I find it very difficult to talk to the same person twice, I cannot get in writing a statement that my car is insured with an agreed value, clauses in the Policy document bear no relation to the agreed value and no one can explain why the insurance cost, inc tax has gone down (1) and the underighter's selcted has reviews that are unbelievably poor and damming.

I have been driving since 1961, so I think I know when I am getting a good sound deal. I have been with A Plan for several years and see no reason to go elsewhere. Sensible people at the other end, very helpful, and most importantly, giving me peace of mind that should I have a problem, I am in good hands. So give them a try!
