This is the first time that I have dealt directly with A-Plan and it was a positive experience. There was an admin issue with obtaining the proof of no claims that was required by my new insurer but that was down to the previous company and not A-Plan. It was easy to get through on the phone to speak to the team and Louise was really helpful and followed up on the issue until it was resolved.
