Everything good, right from initial contact, the only downside is that since arranging the policy on the 28th February i have not yet received it. This could possibly be due to the insurance company.

Lewis was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. I contacted A-Plan Insurance at their offices in Taunton to arrange car insurance and was impressed by their helpful approach from the outset. Hassan Akhar answered the phone straight away and was friendly and courteous. He went through all my policy details and then found an insurance company that matched. I was not kept hanging about and I had every confidence in his ability to get me a good price. I purchased the car insurance and the papers were posted to me and they are on line. It was useful to be able to discuss things with a human being. I will be back next year.

I needed insurance for a converted VW campervan that I bought yesterday. I had tried online search engines but this proved very difficult as not specific enough for what I needed. Heard about APlan on a VW owners forum site and got through to Thea this morning and she was wonderful. Gave good advice and had clear knowledge of the products.
