I chose this broker because the Howden's staff went to considerable efforts to tailor a suitable buildings and contents policy and establish a sympathetic relationship with me the client. Having now had to make a claim on the policy I can report that my confidence was not misplaced. In the case of accidental damage to an electrical appliance, Jake managed the claim and achieved full settlement in 48 hours - pretty impressive.

I own a small transport company and have had my insurance Aston lark and now howden. My contact is gary Magee in the Belfast office. I’ve known gary for over 15 years now and I will always have my business with the company gary is employed by. He is simply brilliant. Nothing is a problem, he’s informative, knowledgeable and so helpful. He was recently on holiday and it was only then when I needed something I realised how easy gary made it for me, I just felt the man deserves some credit
