We have insured our house and contents for many years with NatWest Premier Insurance. The premiums each year seem to have increased with no claims made. The last renewal quote had increased by circa £800. I phoned Howdens for a quote and spoke with Chris Cocking. Chris was very helpful and professional and sourced an appropriate buildings and contents policy for £1000 less than quoted by Nat West. The cover levels offered were the same, very similar or better.
Chris was brilliant , and answered queries professionally and promptly. We hope we don't need to make a claim on the policy but our experience so far has been excellent.
