Every time I have to renew, change or update any information, they are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

It is refreshing to be able to talk to real people about ones own requirements and not having to click down a menu which invariably does not have your exact profession or industry that you work in, and then get frustrated when you have to start the process all over again. The gentleman who dealt with my requirements went out of his way to help and it was a far better experience than the usual online way of insuring.

Clean tidy spacious place. On average only go once a year, but staff have always been friendly,polite and patient also well dressed pride in their appearance. On one occasion informed the office of another vehical had reversed into my car. gave them all the details and left the rest up to them.The outcome was good. quick no fuss. I always reccomend A Plan.

My commercial van insurance is due for renewal and I was anticipating the annual rigmarole of comparison websites and trying to gauge whether the policy offered genuinely meets my requirements, providing the cover required. However, this time I was ably-assisted by Laura Hall in the Leamington branch of A Plan Insurance, who worked hard to find the right policy at a competitive price, answered my queries knowledgeably and patiently, and demonstrated a high degree of customer service.
