Renewal Quote came through , somewhat more expensive than previous years. Went online to get more quotes as most insurance company's try it on for returning customers , Got a quote from the same company that A Plan were recommending , some £100 cheaper. Back to A plan to ask if they would match it , They did various tweaks to their quote and came back around £15 more expensive than the best online quote , so as i prefer to speak to a human with a presence on the high street , i went with A Plan . Id recommend them, but do your homework with some other quotes before committing.

I maybe should have shopped round a bit this time. My first quote made me feel like I was 18 the other was better. Not what I had expected. I have been with them for a good while along with other family members. My house insurance is with them let’s hope that comes up better. I was a little disappointed.

Abingdon A-plan. I had an impounded car, due to e expired insurance, came to ask for insurance and they have been very helpful, despite one of them didn’t help me at all. Layla and the manager found out the way to give me the insurance, despite several “NO” from different brokers. Thanks a lot, excellent job Layla!!!

Adam at The Taunton Branch was fantastic today I called at 8:30 and he immediately answered the phone and helped me with my buildings and contents insurance. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and clearly working on my agenda. I looked at quotes online but wanted an advised Sevice, I spoke to another provider over the phone last night but there was a clear professional and knowledge difference between Adam and the other company I work in financial services so I am experienced in this field ,the customer service I received today was 10 out of 10!
