I needed to change insurance from existing car to a new car which turned out not to be able to be done as a straight swop. The advisor, Collin, was very helpful and clear, going through the whole process of cancellation, advising on new policy, explaining all options of cover available and providing a detailed breakdown of the final cost all of which was much appreciated.
