I was helped immediately, and ddnt have to make an appointment to return later.The young lady explained and confirmed all the information, and gave me a like for like quote,quickly and efficiently. I then was given the quote to take home and review. The quote had the young lady's name on it,so when I phoned them back I knew who I needed to speak to.Very good professional staff

Polite and courteous service by agents and and understanding of the requirements to insure campervans. The policy offered was comprehensive in cover and clearly explained to me. It also beat the Caravan Club equivalent insurance.

Thomas and Eleanor just are so helpful. I have all my insurances with A Plan Poole. I have a few and my friends also do. I have a friend who is insured with them and his house has flooded whilst he was away in Australia and they have been amazing helping the situation. I know if I have a situation they would be there to help also.
