At this moment in time I was in financial difficulty, and didn't want to leave A Plan, as they had provided excellent service in the past.
I spoke to them, and we discussed my situation.
In that discussion, we found a way to keep my insurance with A Plan, and with a few minor changes, we came up with a solution.
Accepting, that they are a broker, and have to make a commission, and also accepting that I could get it cheaper elsewhere, the key thing is that, I spoke to a person, not a machine, and we found a solution that was great for both of us.
I respect 'old school' values, and in today's world, they are quite rare.

I have used A-plan for my horsebox insurance for many years now and they have always given me an excellent price, with recovery (of horses) included. The only time I had to use it it worked brilliantly.

Reece from the Aylesbury Branch assisted on the phone regarding the renewal of my horsebox. I had a renewal notice and commented that I wanted to change the value of the horse box as well as add the insurance for any driver over 25. Reece said that this could be done and I am now waiting for the amended documents.
