Dealing with A1 was very easy and they were extremely helpful and in particular Debra Rafter-Mitchell was excellent, we talked about all my requirements needed to insure my car and she seemed to go above and beyond helping out securing the right insurers at a competitive price. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family as it's good to have someone you can actually talk to and who seem to know their stuff!

I would like to commend the service we have received from Mr Stephen Huxford, a Claims Manager of yours.
Following the unfortunate need to make a claim, I was struggling to make headway with the Insurance Company due to a discrepancy with the cause of Damage.
I contacted Mr Huxford who immediately took ownership of the claim. He contacted the Insurers and following some back and forth; today has managed to get the claim settled.
He kept me in contact every step of the way (By E-Mail as requested) and I have literally had to do nothing other than submit a Quotation for repair and an Incident report. I must point out at 8 Months pregnant this was a stress I could have done without. Which as it turns out was no stress at all.

Jenni at A-Plan, Cheltenham was very pleasant and helpful - and gave me excellent service by answering all my questions, telephoning me back when she said she would and saving around £200 on my annual household insurance premium.
