I live upon a floating home and for many of my neighbours we rely up A-Plan and I find their personnel to be courteous, responsive and knowledgeable and in addition the quotes they provide me are always very competitive.

This is the first time I've reviewed this firm, so some detail I feel is required.
I've had my car insurance through A-Plan at High Wycombe for at least 15 years. All the staff who have assisted me over those years have always been extremely courteous and polite. They return calls when they say and take pains to ensure I understand the rationale behind the inevitable increases giving options that could reduce the premium. All of my family's cars are insured though them, including multiple very very expensive cars. They never pry into the range of named drivers of the cars. Their computer system means that I can speak to different members of staff and they are instantly appraised of previous conversations so I don't need to repeat anything. But it's still a personal service. That's good customer service.
Importantly though, I always get the best price from them. I do from time to time shop around for comparison, but they always come in at the best price (v policy features) so it's a bit of a waste of my time.
A bit like the Bafta's, how do I name names without missing anyone out? Well, this year it was Marie and Tom who helped me exceptionally well. Previously it's been Chris, Matt, Steve, Lewis and Tasmyn as well as many others.
On the one occasion I had a claim, it was paid really quickly (just a handful of weeks I recall) and I was provided with a like-for-like car from the date of the claim til the replacement car was delivered to me. What more can one ask?
Well done to everyone there. I expect we'll talk again this time next year.

I had the misfortune to make TWO claims in a year so imagine the stress. A Plan made it so much more bearable. In particular Laura Bloomer. She is professional' extremely competant. She contacted me regularly with updates, and was a constant source of advice and support. Her manner and personality are perfect, just an exceptional young lady. The manager Eamon Doyle steers a steady ship, and even stepped in when the repair company could not extend the courtesy car, booking one himself to make sure I was ok. I contacted A-Plan regarding accidental damage to an almost new ceramic hob. They were polite, efficient and understanding whilst guiding me through the claims procedure.
