I have used A-Plan car insurance before . Having got a quote from the insurers I'd been with for 7 years, when I bought a brand new car they quoted £164 more than last year. So turned to A-Plan & was not disappointed.

Halima Ali was a pleasure to speak to over the phone. She was patient and covered all the detail needed. She also got back to us promptly the next day when she had been able to get a quote for us. After a frustrating time trying to call our current car insurance company (Saga) for over a day and getting a high quote in spite of having been a loyal customer for many years, then finding it hard to negotiate online quotes elsewhere, it was very nice to talk to a real person (!) who then did the hard work for us. We will definitely use A-Plan again.
