I have had a pretty unlucky year, including my house being flooded (the Great Swindon Storm of Sept 17 as it is likely to go down in legend). On top of that my home insurance company decided they did not want to renew my home insurance, so I had to find someone who would, quickly! I decided to give Howdens a try. I spoke to Greg Webb, and he was both professional and showed a great deal of empathy for my situation - it was nice to feel I was being treated as a person not a number. Greg got my insurance sorted out for me, which was a huge relief, so thank you Greg for making my life a little easier! I would definitely recommend Howdens for a professional and personal touch when getting insurance!

Having had 2 out of 3 renewal notices come through with increases of over 50% on the previous year I was keen to find a better way of managing my renewals in the future. I hope with more time to find alternates that I can switch the two car insurances next year as well.

I’ve always been happy with Whitehouse but this year I’ve been disappointed with the cost of my home Insurance (a nearly £200 increase on last year) with little flexibility shown by you on the price despite me having my car insurance with you too. So no, not that happy.

Discussed renewal quote and highlighted that it was higher than those received on comparison site. Enchanted information and offered a small discount to reduce gap. Based on previous excellent service with this branch and another branch for other car I decided to renew. You shouldn’t take excellent customer service for granted and this is why I renewed and would recommend.
