I have dealt Aplan Insurance for a number of years. I have always found it an excellent company to deal with. I think the best thing is being able to walk in to my local branch and talk face to face with a real person and have friendly banter with your very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff and not have the hassle of waiting in a queue on the telephone or having to do all by computer, and of coarse, you got me a very good insurance quote.

I dealt with Jack to renew my car & house insurance, and found him friendly and very helpful. He got me a good price for the car even after my last insurer dropped their price. My last insurer got me (what Jack said was) a good price for the house, but he still undercut them by £10. I was more than satisfied.
