Straight forward House insurance renewal. It was a pleasure to deal with Kane. I appreciate he has to impart certain facts to keep the customer informed and to make sure the cover required is sufficient but the conversation didnt sound too scripted and he was engaged for the whole call.

I have my House Insurance with Howden and have now to purchase Car Insurance. I originally dealt with Belle but today to finalise things dealt with Richard in Belle's absence. Both were absolutely fantastic. Extremely thorough/detailed (paused after communicating what they were able to do) did I fully understand and were there any questions.... Totally understood the process and very happy with the premium and above all the SERVICE I have received.
