I hate renewing my car insurance. I wish each time I had to my current insurer would give me a competitive quote. They don’t. I go on the internet and see what the current offerings are and then I wait for the renewal to come through. I don’t go for the cheapest and I like names I know. Only once have I had a quote I haven’t quibbled with - from my existing insurer. A-Plan send their quote and we have a conversation and usually it gets reduced. I
Just wish I didn’t have to go through this rigmarole every year (it is the same for house insurance). Why do I use them? I prefer dealing with human beings rather than websites. If anything goes wrong I know where to go and I know I’ll be talking to familiar faces.

I found the experience of renewing my home insurance easy, quick, and the staff A Plan knowledgeable and friendly, as do most of my family who also use them to renew their policies. We would recommend them very highly. On the one occasion my family had to claim after last years storm they dealt with all the details for us, we were very impressed.
