From the moment I called to report my car stolen to the time the insurance company paid into my bank, I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Williams. He took customer care to a new high level. I have never experienced such attention to detail, care for my welfare immediately upon reporting my car stolen (I was quite shaken), Richard made the whole experience seamless and relieved me of all stress and the tedium of all the details and paperwork necessary in the situation. I can’t thank him enough. Anyone fortunate enough to speak to him in a similar situation will be very fortunate.

What an amazing experience I have just had with Howden, in a market that is so unpredictable with wildly expensive quotes received to insure my cars. Left a email call back request and we were contacted within 20 mins
Spoke to a lady called Becky who took the details required and left it with her to get us some costs.
Becky then called us back and went through all the things that we had discussed and then gave us the costs
Let me just say that the quotation was as great as the service and we have accepted the insurance offered us
We can't thank you enough for a really stress free service and a great personal experience which in the current financial situation is the best cost and cover we were offered

Reliable broker - Howdens prepare renewal quotes and call me to renew - meaning my house and car is not without insurance. Just renewed my house insurance with Thomas in Cheltenham - helped me tweak to increase coverage and reduce the renewal premium. Excellent. On-line portal with my insurance docs is very helpful also
