Contacted after purchasing a motor home and given a superb insurance quote. There was no pressure and the whole process was seamless. All documents were received within three days and when a discrepancy was noticed a quick telephone call rectified the problem and replacement paperwork was received the following day. I had recently, to renew my house and contents insurance, having been with A Plan for a number of years. I know prices have gone up, but I was surprised by the quote I received. I could have upped sticks and gone elsewhere but because A Plan is one of the few with local offices where you can actually speak to someone, I decided to give them a chance to explain.
I spoke to a very courteous Ryan at the Bury St Edmunds office, explained my concerns, asked him to investigate and ring me back in a couple of days. He did, he came back with a very competitive offer in line with my expectations, so my relationship with A Plan continues for another year.
So, well done A Plan and Ryan for listening and then actually doing something about it.
